I meant to write you last night. We LOVED everything!!!!! The cake was so pretty and more importantly DELICIOUS. Everyone raved about how good it was and several people asked for your info so they’ll be coming your way. And the cookies are gorgeous. We have 3 left and I don’t have the heart to eat them. They’re too pretty! And the cake pops disappeared in minutes. I was told they were “moist chocolate balls of deliciousness”. I didn’t even get to try one! So THANK YOU for a wonderful job!!! We’ll be back for sure.

Oh my goodness!!!!!! I can not praise you enough for the amazing cake you made. I mean it was a piece of art!!! Everyone was in awe of it and we couldn’t be happier!!!! Every detail you put into that cake was definitely noticed especially since we’ve seen the movies about a thousand times!!!! The hair was perfect the eyes were perfect the colors were perfect even down to the blue ropes around the yellow minions and the black around the purple. It was a hit to say the least. The cake itself was delicious as always!!! Needless to say I’m sure that cake will be sending lots of business your way. I would never get a cake from any where else!!! Thank you and, thank you again, for creating a special tasting sample cake for my daughter upcoming wedding. The cake tasted incredible.
When my daughter told me that she wanted a special cake, I thought it was going to be in the decorating of the cake, but, that was not the case. She wanted Apple Chai Wedding cake. As I started to call several bakeries within my area, I was surprise to find that several bakeries had no idea on this type of cake and would not even venture to try.
I work in Newtown and I would always drive by The Caketeria. When I first called and, spoke to you and explain the type of cake my daughter was asking for, your comment was “not a problem”. You created a sample cake within few days after my first call and the cake was so delicious. My daughter was extremely happy and as a mom you know that all you want for your children is to be happy especially on this special upcoming day. We are so excited to see the full Wedding Cake and its design in September 2014.
Just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you so much for the beautiful and delicious cake for our June 29 wedding! We were completely thrilled with the lemon cake – and many, many of our guests commented on how delicious it was. A lot of people said things along the lines of: I usually have low expectations for how wedding cake actually tastes, but this one was delicious! My dad kept saying how “zingy” it was. And the arrangement of herbs on the cake was just what we were looking for – simple and rustic but beautiful. Thanks again for working with us and with our florist – we were very happy with the results.
